What You’ll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for client communication, maintaining trust, alignment, and smooth coordination.
• Translate briefs into executable plans with support from strategy and creative teams, ensuring your perspective helps shape the outcome.
• Take responsibility for timelines and deliverables from the initial kickoff through to final delivery.
• Serve as the connector between creative teams, strategy stakeholders, and brand objectives.
• Monitor deadlines, market trends, and client needs to keep work relevant and on track.
• Communicate with clarity, anticipate issues early, and help ensure the output remains polished, timely, and impactful.

What You Need

• At least 1 year of experience in account management or client servicing.
• Practical experience using GenAI and digital collaboration tools/platforms.
• Comfort with digital culture and an instinctive understanding of online content and audience behavior.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with the confidence to engage effectively with different stakeholders.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and approach problems with solutions in mind.
• A good eye for creative quality as well as campaign effectiveness.
• Team-oriented mindset with the potential to step into leadership responsibilities.
