Overview
This role is part of a project-based program where specialists help improve AI systems for major technology companies. The work is not a permanent job; instead, contributors take on individual projects focused on testing, reviewing, and refining AI outputs.
What You May Work On
- Check AI-produced auto insurance claim outcomes for correctness, proper coverage handling, and compliance with regulations.
- Create FNOL scenarios that intentionally include conflicting details, distraction files, and outdated paperwork to challenge the agent’s resilience.
- Develop and evaluate fraud-screening cases using structured reason codes such as late notice, recently bought policies, and inconsistent damage details for SIU referral.
- Prepare subrogation test scenarios using state negligence frameworks, including comparative and contributory rules, and judge the chance of recovery.
- Record test cases in a clear format with the correct answer, policy references, and payout calculations.
Profile Sought
This opportunity suits professionals with experience in insurance claims, legal services, or wider financial services who are comfortable with part-time, non-permanent project work.
How the Process Works
The workflow is straightforward: submit an application, complete qualification steps, join a project, carry out the assigned tasks, and receive payment.
Time Commitment
During active project periods, the expected workload is about 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and not a fixed guarantee, and it applies only while a project is live.
Compensation
Participants may earn up to the equivalent of $60 per hour on this project, depending on experience and working pace. Pay levels can differ from one project to another based on scope, complexity, and expertise needed.
Application Notes
Please send your CV in English and mention your English proficiency level when applying.
