The role focuses on digital conversation monitoring and AI-supported interaction review. You will work in a fast-moving global environment where careful observation, structured thinking, and a strong eye for detail are important for maintaining high-quality chat experiences. The job also involves checking the quality of AI-generated replies, spotting gaps or inconsistencies, and helping improve automated communication systems.

Key duties

Keep track of chat conversations throughout long shifts of 8+ hours and help maintain a smooth, suitable interaction flow.
Step into conversations from time to time to improve clarity, tone, or the quality of a response on behalf of companions.
Observe, compare, and assess communication patterns between users and conversational agents or companions.
Review how accurate and effective AI-assisted responses are, noting both strong points and weak points.
Flag technical or content-related problems in automated replies so the system can be improved over time.
Arrange supporting content such as images or videos when that content matches user needs during the interaction.

Required profile

The position calls for someone who can stay concentrated during repetitive work and maintain accuracy over extended periods. A disciplined, organized, and methodical approach to daily tasks is important. The employer is also looking for someone who understands user behavior at a basic level, shows empathy, and is comfortable working with AI tools while learning new systems quickly. Strong written Russian and a good command of English are required.
