About the Role
Innovait Dental Lab is growing its team in Abu Dhabi and is seeking an experienced Ceramic Dental Technician for a full-time, on-site position. The role focuses on producing accurate, aesthetic, and functional ceramic dental restorations within a collaborative laboratory setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and finish high-quality ceramic restorations with care and precision.
- Build up ceramic layers, shape contours, and complete staining and glazing for crowns, bridges, and implant-supported restorations.
- Maintain high standards of fit, appearance, and performance across all work.
- Work closely with dentists and lab colleagues to support excellent patient results.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience working as a Ceramic Technician in a dental laboratory.
- Solid understanding of dental ceramics and restorative procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Comfortable working independently as well as contributing to a team.
- Experience with digital workflows and CAD/CAM restorations is beneficial.
