Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Career Advisor to support IT professionals with career guidance while also contributing to bench sales and recruitment efforts in the US IT staffing space.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise IT professionals on suitable career paths, skill-building, resume improvement, and interview readiness.
• Promote bench consultants, including OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC, and Citizens, to vendors and direct clients.
• Share consultant profiles, arrange interviews, negotiate billing rates, and follow through on placements.
• Create new opportunities through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and email outreach.
• Develop and sustain productive relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Keep records current and ensure reports and CRM/ATS data are updated accurately.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in bench sales, recruitment, career counseling, or IT staffing.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
• Prior exposure to US staffing workflows, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing methods is an advantage.

Work Schedule

This position follows a US shift / night shift schedule.
