Voyage Wealth Advisory is seeking a capable Business Support Executive to provide behind-the-scenes operational and administrative assistance to its management team and financial consultants. This entry-level role suits someone who is dependable, well-organised, and comfortable working in a busy, client-facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support management with everyday administrative and operational tasks.
• Arrange meetings, appointments, and training activities.
• Handle room reservations and coordinate logistics for seminars, hiring events, and client-facing sessions.
• Assist financial consultants with paperwork, submissions, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain internal trackers and records such as production, expenses, and attendance sheets.
• Communicate with colleagues, suppliers, and outside partners as needed.
• Prepare presentation files, reports, and marketing materials including EDMs and slide decks.
• Keep documentation orderly, accurate, and current.
• Provide on-site support during events and divisional activities.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant is someone who stays organised, manages time well, and pays close attention to detail. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks, work reliably through follow-up items, and contribute positively in a team setting. Comfort with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Docs, is expected. A helpful attitude, willingness to learn, and clear communication skills are important for success in this role.
