仕事内容
Role overview
This position supports business development activities by studying business workflows, spotting growth opportunities, and helping drive additional revenue for the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the regional business development team across segments and regional operations.
- Maintain core business databases, including client records, vendor directories, and subcontractor lists.
- Compile and manage project certification records and related documentation such as TOACs, satisfaction letters, and similar correspondence.
- Keep company reference lists updated on a regular basis.
- Prepare pre-qualification submissions and coordinate multiple project requests simultaneously.
- Review ITBs (Instructions to Bidders) and prepare analytical notes on risks and opportunities.
- Support bid-related financial inquiries while tracking customer account details accurately, including bid bond follow-up where required.
- Work with the division’s reporting systems and serve as a proficient user for reporting and data analysis tasks.
- Handle external communication with customers and third parties only when needed and only under the guidance of the regional business development lead.
- Partner with the marketing team by supplying content for pipeline updates, awarded project announcements, certifications, events, customer kits, giveaways, and related materials.
- Communicate clearly, follow company procedures, and ensure work aligns with internal standards.
- Represent quality standards within the commercial function and contribute ideas that improve processes.
- Adapt working hours and shifts based on business requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business management or a closely related field is required.
- At least 2 years of relevant field experience is needed.
- Overall professional experience should fall between 2 and 4 years.

This is an onsite role based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The job may require a flexible schedule and time shifts depending on operational needs.
