Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will report to the Regional Senior Manager of Business Development for APJ. The role focuses on working with Named and Enterprise Account Executives to create both new business and expansion opportunities. This is a strategic prospecting position that goes beyond standard pipeline development. You will research target accounts, build outreach strategies, and help grow WalkMe’s client base and annual recurring revenue within your territory.
Key Responsibilities
Your work will center on outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and strategic engagement with decision-makers. You will be expected to identify target accounts, open conversations with senior stakeholders, and book qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives.
Requirements and Qualifications
The role calls for prior outbound lead generation experience, strong persistence, and the ability to work through complex organizations to reach the right contacts. A background or strong interest in technical SaaS sales and digital adoption is important. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience is required. Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and ZoomInfo is considered an advantage.
