Role overview
EPAM is hiring a proactive Business Development Manager for its Dublin sales team. This position follows a hybrid working model and is focused on supporting continued growth within the business unit by partnering closely with Consulting, Marketing, Alliances, Delivery, and regional partners.
In this role, you will act as a connector and driver of progress, bringing together prospects, clients, account managers, strategists, consultants, technologists, and delivery specialists to shape and move forward the right solutions for customers.
What you will do
- Promote digital transformation offerings through a consultative sales style with the goal of achieving revenue objectives.
- Lead sales and marketing efforts related to IT services in your region, while also collaborating across regions to exchange insights and best practices.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities across the client base.
- Coordinate the creation and review of value propositions, sales strategies, and responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, acting as the link between business units, sales, partners, and leadership teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver messaging that clearly demonstrates EPAM’s value as a trusted systems integrator.
- Support and lead joint marketing initiatives with the marketing function.
What we are looking for
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in selling customized digital technology services.
- Strong understanding of the Dublin market, along with an active and usable network across gaming, retail, consumer goods, travel, or technology companies based in Dublin.
- Proven history of sourcing and converting new business opportunities.
- Experience working with third-party partners on shared offerings and co-selling efforts to expand pipeline opportunities.
- Good awareness of global digital trends, plus strong client management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Solid solutions-selling capability and a track record of building lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
- The ability to communicate clearly across teams, backed by strong verbal, written, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English is required for this position.
