Role Overview
This position is for a remote outbound recruitment professional who can work with candidates in the US market. The ideal person is persuasive, target-focused, and comfortable managing a high-activity calling pipeline while consistently pushing conversations toward results.
Work Arrangement
This is a full-time remote role. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Time.
Compensation
The pay is up to PKR 50,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition, the role includes commissions, performance-based bonuses, and other perks.
Key Responsibilities
- Place a large volume of outbound and inbound calls to candidates in the United States.
- Present job opportunities clearly and address objections with confidence and persistence.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and keep daily tracking updated in Google Sheets and Excel.
Experience and Skill Expectations
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing, specifically for the US market. Strong spoken English is essential, along with the ability to communicate persuasively over the phone. The role also requires discipline in using Google Sheets and Excel for data management.
Equipment Requirements
You must have your own working laptop or PC, a reliable headset, a stable internet connection, and backup power to support uninterrupted work.
