- Complete the closing cycle within the required deadlines.
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and financial statements covering profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and related analysis for corporate and regional management.
- Review monthly outcomes against budget and forecast, then explain key variances.
- Check and reconcile balance sheet accounts, intercompany balances, bank accounts, receivables, payables, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Ensure financial information shared with management and the group remains consistent, accurate, and transparent.
Budgeting, Forecasting, and Performance Management
- Support annual budgeting and recurring forecasting activities.
- Track actual performance versus budget and forecast, and identify actions needed to improve results.
- Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to enhance cost discipline and profitability.
- Deliver financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Compliance, Tax, and Audit
- Ensure statutory financial statements are prepared and filed on time.
- Coordinate annual audits and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors.
- Oversee tax reporting and compliance, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding tax where relevant.
