Business Analyst – T24 Access Control & Parameterization

Role overview

This position is for a Business Analyst focused on access control and parameter configuration within Temenos T24 transformation initiatives. The role sits in a banking technology environment and requires close coordination with business stakeholders and implementation teams to shape secure, compliant user access structures.

Core responsibilities

• Administer access control and parameter settings for Temenos T24 transformation projects.
• Design and apply role-based access control models, segregation-of-duties rules, and Maker-Checker approval controls in line with security and compliance expectations.
• Maintain the access control matrix by aligning user roles, personas, and permissions with banking processes.
• Set up Temenos security parameters, user profiles, and related system controls in partnership with business and implementation teams.
• Assist with SIT and UAT cycles, including test support and defect analysis/triage.
• Support the migration of legacy user profiles into the new environment.
• Preserve configuration governance through version control and ensure access-related settings stay synchronized across environments.

Experience required

The role calls for 7 to 10 years of experience in Temenos Core Banking transformation programs, ideally in a client-facing Business Analyst capacity. Candidates should bring strong practical knowledge of Temenos T24 configuration and parameterization, with hands-on exposure across multiple implementations.
