Business Analyst

About the Role

This position is for a meticulous Business Analyst who can review how the business operates, uncover opportunities to improve efficiency, and help teams make decisions backed by data. The role involves working with stakeholders to understand needs, shape them into practical requirements, and convert findings into clear business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess business needs and turn them into well-defined requirements.
• Carry out research, map processes, and document workflows in detail.
• Spot gaps in systems or operations and recommend practical improvements.
• Work with teams across functions to help drive project execution.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
• Review project results and confirm they stay aligned with business objectives.
• Assist with data analysis and informed decision-making using relevant tools.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a closely related discipline is required.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in business analysis or a comparable role is preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively.
• Hands-on experience in gathering requirements and producing documentation.
• Comfort using data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships well.
• Capable of working in a dynamic environment while balancing several priorities at once.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Agile or Scrum delivery methods.
• Knowledge of process improvement approaches such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to produce clear presentations and concise reports.
