Role Overview
TPD Design House is seeking a Brand Content Manager to shape the company’s online presence and guide the growth of its digital brand from the ground up. This position blends creative execution with marketing strategy, covering everything from content planning and production to scheduling, reporting, and performance review.
The role involves creating content both in the studio and on location, using creative software to produce visuals, and interpreting performance data to improve results. As the company expands its marketing efforts, you will also contribute content for channels such as social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials as needed.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, self-directed, and eager to create. This person spots opportunities without being prompted, brings forward ideas, and takes initiative. The role follows a hybrid arrangement, with a mix of remote work and in-person time at the Wayne design studio three days per week.
Content Creation
- Produce photo and video content that captures projects, events, and day-to-day activity in the studio.
- Create short-form content by building graphics independently or by collaborating with the Graphic Design team on visual assets.
- Collect and request imagery from clients when additional visuals are needed to support content.
Content Management
- Keep a well-organized archive of all photo and video files.
- Plan and oversee a content calendar that aligns with event schedules and business priorities.
Strategy and Planning
- Create channel-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Review performance data and refine content decisions based on results.
- Track platform updates, algorithm shifts, and current best practices to keep content effective.
Community Engagement
- Monitor audience activity across platforms and respond in a way that reflects the brand’s tone while building stronger community connection.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work with internal teams across design, project management, and production to uncover content opportunities tied to active work.
- Serve as a bridge between departments so content is timely, relevant, and aligned.
Systems and Process
- Develop and document processes for content collection, approval, and publishing.
- Identify weaknesses in current workflows and suggest practical improvements.
Qualifications
Experience in a creative, design, or marketing agency setting is preferred. Candidates should have practical experience using Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, with an understanding that each platform works differently. Familiarity with newsletter tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Flodesk is important, along with working knowledge of graphic design software.
Basic photography and video capture skills are expected, and comfort using a camera is essential. Strong organization is needed to manage an asset library and content calendar effectively. The role also calls for clear written communication for both internal coordination and client requests, plus an analytical mindset to interpret metrics and act on them.
Preferred Experience
Additional value will be given to candidates who have worked directly with clients, used social media scheduling platforms such as Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social, or have a background in brand marketing or content strategy.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation package
- Flexible paid time off
- Benefits and retirement offerings
