Role Overview
This is a remote hourly contract role focused on reviewing and correcting AI-produced financial records. The work involves comparing machine-generated outputs against original source materials, validating structured information, and helping improve data quality for finance-related annotation tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Check AI-created financial data against source documents and confirm it is accurate.
- Review structured records in JSON format and make corrections where needed.
- Confirm that calculations, totals, and individual line items are mathematically correct.
- Spot inconsistencies in the data and work toward resolving them.
- Work with technical teams and share clear, useful feedback.
- Handle large volumes of fields while keeping a high level of precision.
- Help maintain annotation rules and supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Strong command of English plus one other relevant language.
- Hands-on experience reviewing financial documents or similar records.
- Ability to understand and validate complex JSON structures.
- Good reading comprehension for detailed documents that may span multiple pages.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Excellent accuracy and close attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced setting.
Additional Information
This is an hourly contract position based remotely in Canada. The pay range is $25 to $30 per hour, and the expected commitment is 10 to 40 hours per week.
