About the Opportunity
Robotics Technologies is hiring motivated, target-oriented professionals for the Bench Sales Account Manager role in Hyderabad. The position begins as a 60-day hands-on internship focused on training for the US recruitment market. Candidates who complete the training successfully and meet the expected performance standards will move into a permanent full-time position.
Role Details
This opening is based at the company office in MLA Colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, and follows a night-shift schedule. The internship period is unpaid, but it offers the chance to learn end-to-end US staffing processes and transition into a salaried role after completion.
Internship Phase Benefits
- Training period of 60 days.
- No stipend during the internship.
- Performance-based incentives in the range of 30,000 to 35,000 for successful placements.

Work Schedule
The role runs from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with Saturday and Sunday off.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment cycle for a variety of IT roles in the US market.
- Source and screen candidates using job portals, professional networks, and internal talent databases.
- Conduct first-level interviews to evaluate technical ability, communication, and overall fit.
- Coordinate smoothly between clients and candidates to support interview scheduling and successful closures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to female candidates only.
- Applicants should hold a B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Sc, or any bachelor’s degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication is essential.
- Interest in HR, recruitment, and US staffing is preferred.
