About the role

Rosewood Munich is looking for a proactive, service-minded Bellman (m/f/d) to join the team as soon as possible. The hotel combines Bavarian heritage with contemporary luxury, and the role is centered on creating memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure.

What you will do

• Support a seamless guest journey on arrival and departure.
• Respond to guest concerns with a consistently high level of professionalism.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with guests and fellow team members.
• Share useful information about the hotel, Munich, and nearby attractions or surroundings.
• Keep the lobby and entrance areas tidy, clean, and well organized.
• Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

What we are looking for

• Prior experience in a bellman role or a comparable position, ideally in a luxury hotel environment.
• A strong service mindset with a polished and confident presence.
• Good command of both German and English.
• Adaptability, reliability, and a strong sense of commitment.
• Excellent etiquette and a well-presented appearance.
