The company is hiring a beekeeper in Baden-Württemberg to join its team and support ongoing growth.

Role Summary

This position is centered on hands-on hive work, relocating hives across Germany, supporting honey harvesting with automated equipment, and contributing to the improvement and automation of internal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily hive-related duties as part of the beekeeping crew
• Transport hives to different apiary sites across Germany
• Work with the fully automated extractor and handle the connected logistics for honey collection
• Support the ongoing refinement and automation of work processes

Requirements

• Solid practical experience and knowledge in beekeeping
• A careful, self-directed, and organized working style
• Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and environments
• Strong drive to achieve results and willingness to take responsibility early
• Capacity to stay focused and dependable during periods of heavy workload
• English skills sufficient for communication with colleagues
