Role Overview
Cornish Bakery is looking for a Team Leader to help create an excellent customer experience while supporting a positive, energetic bakery team. The business focuses on people, community and quality, with a clear purpose to nourish customers and colleagues alike. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys motivating others, maintaining high standards and leading by example.
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and help the team deliver consistently strong service.
- Coach and train colleagues so they work to brand standards.
- Prepare high-quality coffee and food items.
- Maintain excellent standards across service, product and presentation.
- Support the management team with day-to-day bakery operations.
- Use team members’ strengths effectively so sales opportunities are maximised.
