Role overview

Woolworths Group is seeking an experienced Baker to join a busy bakery team in Forrestfield, Western Australia. This hands-on position is suited to someone who is genuinely passionate about baking, takes pride in producing quality products, and enjoys working in a lively, fast-moving environment.

The bakery operates with an early-morning roster from Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 3:00 AM and finishing at 10:30 AM. The role offers a free afternoon and avoids peak-hour commuting. It also involves active physical work, including mixing, lifting, and shaping ingredients and dough.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and produce high-quality baked goods for customers every day.

What you need

A formal baking qualification combined with relevant work experience is required for this position.
