About the Role
PVH is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for the TOMMY HILFIGER outlet store at Outlet City, Tawa, Wellington. This role sits within a global fashion business known for premium apparel brands and a strong retail presence across many countries.

What You Bring
- Hands-on supervisory or management experience in customer service or retail apparel
- A proven record of meeting key performance indicators, including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average sale value, shrinkage, and mystery shop standards
- Strong communication ability and solid people-management skills, with confidence in recruiting, coaching, and inspiring a team
- Excellent attention to detail, along with practical experience in stock control and visual merchandising
- An entrepreneurial approach with the ability to spot and act on growth opportunities
- A lively, genuine, and positive attitude
- Professional grooming and polished personal presentation
