Assistant Manager - Product Service (Security Solutions)

Role Overview

This position is for an Assistant Manager focused on product service within security solutions, based in Bengaluru. The role centers on service delivery, partner management, operational control, and project execution across customer segments such as banking, government, institutional, retail, and project accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, dependable service by meeting key performance measures such as FRT, FVT, and CCT, while staying aligned with SLA commitments and maintaining a high standard of customer support.
• Improve service profitability by identifying and converting opportunities in AMCs, labor-based services, customer support work, and project-related service assignments.
• Manage Authorized Service Partners through audits, performance reviews, compliance verification, and ongoing capability-building efforts.
• Handle spare parts and inventory planning to support smooth operations, optimize resource use, and maintain working capital efficiency.
• Build team capability by promoting a strong performance culture, spotting training needs, strengthening leadership potential, and improving employee engagement.
• Support successful project delivery and operational excellence by ensuring quality implementation within timelines, meeting statutory and safety requirements, and advancing improvement programs such as IMS, TPM, Kaizen, Greenco, and business excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering.
• Applicants should be strongly target-oriented and capable of meeting service and operational goals.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder handling, communication, and team development are needed.
• The ideal candidate should work in a structured, process-led manner with strong attention to compliance, operational efficiency, and readiness for future needs.
