Role overview
Comedy For The Internet is hiring an Assistant Editor to help run and coordinate post-production work across multiple projects. The position is based in Farmers Branch, Texas, and can be performed remotely. The right person will be comfortable working with Adobe Creative Suite tools as well as Team Projects, Lucid Link, and CapCut, while staying highly organized and able to take ownership of assigned work.
Responsibilities
- Sort, label, and prepare media so it is ready for post-production.
- Build and maintain Premiere Pro projects using standard organization practices.
- Assemble sequences, sync footage, and add markers within Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Work closely with producers and other team members to keep projects properly set up and organized on schedule.
- Manage shared files and collaborate efficiently through Adobe Team Projects.
- Support workflows across Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Lucid Link.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Team Projects, Lucid Link, and CapCut.
- Ability to juggle several projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Clear communication and strong teamwork skills.
