Role summary
This is a full-time remote Analyst position for a candidate based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role centers on gathering, structuring, and examining data from websites, mobile platforms, and digital campaigns so the business and its clients can act on clear insights.
The position also includes contributing to the development of website, app, and full-stack software services, using multiple programming languages when needed.
What you'll do
In this role, you will prepare reports and dashboards, monitor key performance indicators, review user activity, and study funnel performance to uncover opportunities for improvement and growth.
Qualifications
- You should have solid analytical ability and hands-on experience handling data collection, processing, and interpretation in digital or technology-oriented settings.
- Working knowledge of analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, Sheets, or similar tools is expected.
- You must be able to turn detailed data into simple, visual, and practical recommendations for audiences without technical backgrounds.
- A good understanding of web performance measures, user behavior, conversion funnels, and A/B testing will be useful.
- Strong English writing and speaking skills are important, especially for creating concise reports and client-facing presentations.
- You should be comfortable collaborating with development, design, and marketing teams in a dynamic environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
- Background in a digital agency, web development company, or SaaS business is an advantage, and familiarity with the Dubai or GCC market is a plus.
- Experience using Claude Code, Codex, and other large language model tools is expected.
