AI Lead Engineer

About the role

This opportunity is for an AI engineer who will help build and improve agentic AI solutions. The position suits professionals with strong interest in generative AI, large language models, emerging AI tools, and Python/Java-based development.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy agentic AI solutions using the company’s internal AI platform.
• Develop customer-facing AI products powered by large language models such as Claude.
• Build, refine, and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
• Design and manage data pipelines that support AI applications.
• Assess model output and continuously improve accuracy and overall performance.
• Use prompt engineering, MCP concepts, and AI workflow orchestration in solution delivery.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver AI-led outcomes.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, or a similar discipline.
• Up to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Practical hands-on experience with Python, Java, Oracle, LLMs, generative AI, and AI application development.
• Exposure to RAG, MCP, AI agents, vector databases, or prompt engineering will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
• Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents may apply.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
