Overview
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the executive department in a professional workplace with strong opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor company formation procedures within Saudi Arabia.
- Provide premium residency services across its various categories.
- Review, prepare, and verify client-related documentation.
- Work with relevant government platforms, including the Ministry of Investment, the Saudi Business Center, the Premium Residency platform, and other related portals.
- Track requests through to full completion.
- Coordinate with the relevant authorities to help complete transactions quickly and efficiently.
Required Background
- Prior experience dealing with Saudi government platforms.
- Good understanding of company incorporation procedures and investment-related services.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing documents.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in company services and administrative consulting.
