Role Summary
This role offers administrative and clerical assistance to keep office functions running smoothly and efficiently. The position involves managing schedules, handling documents and correspondence, coordinating communication, and supporting management with everyday business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee calendars, meetings, and appointment schedules.
- Draft, arrange, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Respond to phone calls and emails, and support internal communication flow.
- Keep filing systems and office records organized and up to date.
- Coordinate office supplies, logistics, and vendor-related requests.
- Provide administrative assistance to HR, finance, and operations functions.
- Help organize travel, events, and internal activities.
- Contribute to the smooth execution of daily office operations.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related discipline and bring 1 to 7 years of experience in administrative or office support roles. Strong verbal and written communication, solid organization, proficiency with MS Office and office management software, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are important for success in this role.
Work Location
This is an onsite position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
