About Avenue E-commerce Limited (DMart Ready)

Avenue E-commerce Limited serves as the digital extension of Avenue Supermarts Limited's flagship brand. Through the DMart Ready mobile application, customers can conveniently purchase groceries and a variety of household essentials. The platform aims to be the comprehensive shopping destination for families by providing quality products at affordable prices. Offerings include groceries, personal care products, garments, kitchenware, bedding, home appliances, and more. The service is operational across Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

Role Location

This position is based in Digha, Navi Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

Create Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP corresponding to respective categories.
Monitor order progress to guarantee prompt deliveries.
Maintain and update internal systems with order specifics such as dates, vendor information, quantities, and applicable discounts.
Analyze vendor proposals and negotiate optimal pricing agreements.
Keep comprehensive records of invoices and contractual agreements.
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm or modify orders when necessary.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure product quality upon arrival.
Utilize purchasing software such as SAP, ERP, or Tally; prior experience in these systems is advantageous but not essential.
Possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables to manage data effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in any specialization.
