Role overview

North West Hospital and Health Service is seeking an Accommodation Officer to manage and support staff housing arrangements that help attract, retain, and care for essential healthcare workers. This position plays an important part in ensuring accommodation across the service is organised, compliant, and responsive to workforce needs in remote and diverse communities.

What you will do

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support for the staff accommodation portfolio across North West HHS. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and outside accommodation providers to keep housing services efficient, compliant, and aligned with operational requirements.

Your contribution will help maintain quality accommodation options that support staff wellbeing, workforce attraction, and retention.
