About the internship
This opening is for a female management trainee who wants to begin or relaunch a career in business operations and leadership. You’ll be part of a dynamic team at PAN India Group and get practical exposure to how departments work together in a fast-moving event management business.
What you will do
- Join structured training sessions designed to build leadership and management capabilities.
- Support the coordination and monitoring of day-to-day activities across different teams and departments.
- Maintain clear communication with employees, clients, and other stakeholders to keep work moving smoothly.
- Use MS-Excel to create reports, work with data, and monitor project progress.
- Work with teammates on planning and executing strategic initiatives.
- Observe and learn from experienced managers and executives to understand how business decisions are made.
- Handle additional assignments and project work that contribute to the company’s growth.
Who should apply
This role is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Gurgaon, can begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, and are available for the full 6-month duration. Compensation and perks
