As an Instructional Designer Intern, you will create and shape learning experiences that help students build foundational and professional skills they can use in academics, careers, and everyday life. This is a creative learning-design role centered on building effective course journeys, not on research, auditing, or teaching alone.

• Develop interactive courses by building content, activities, projects, and assessments that feel practical and memorable.
• Convert concepts, frameworks, formulas, and theory into applied learning that supports real decision-making.
• Create supporting materials and guides that help mentors deliver sessions clearly and confidently.
• Review feedback, reflect on learning outcomes, and keep improving the content instead of settling for average results.

Who is a good fit

The role is open to students in commerce and business-related backgrounds, especially those studying B.Com., M.Com., BBA, or MBA, including candidates from banking, accounting, company law, and related commerce disciplines. Applicants should be in their pre-final or final year, have a genuine interest in education and learner growth, and be comfortable designing practical learning experiences. Strong English communication, attention to detail, creativity, reliability, and a willingness to learn are important. Experience in teaching, facilitation, content creation, or sharing work samples such as a blog or portfolio is a plus.

Eligibility and academic criteria

• Only candidates who can join as full-time, in-office interns in Bangalore are eligible.
• Applicants must be able to start between 27 Jun 2026 and 1 Aug 2026, and the expected joining date is immediate, on or before 15 Jun 2026.
• The internship duration is fixed at 3 months and may be extended up to 6 months depending on performance.
• Students currently in their pre-final semester pursuing BBA, MBA, B.Com., or M.Com. can apply.
• Academic cutoffs are 70% or above in 10th standard, 70% or above in 12th standard, and 75% or above in UG/PG or a CGPA of 7.5 and above.
• No active backlogs are allowed.
• Applicants must be from Bangalore only and should have relevant skills and interests.

Additional details

This is an internship-only opportunity with no full-time conversion. The role is based in Bangalore and follows an in-office work setup. The working schedule is 6 days per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The stipend is ₹20,000 per month, and TDS applies.
