Cyber Security - Penetration Testing Intern (Work From Home)

About the internship

This remote internship is focused on cyber security and penetration testing. The selected intern will begin with smaller operational tasks and, once prepared, move into hands-on work supporting vulnerability assessment and penetration testing engagements. The role is designed to help identify security weaknesses in systems and contribute practical recommendations for remediation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle routine assigned tasks during the initial phase until ready to participate in live testing work.
• Support VAPT assignments after gaining the required readiness.
• Carry out vulnerability assessment and penetration testing activities to uncover security gaps and propose suitable fixes.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 2 July 2026 and 6 August 2026, and can commit to a 4-month internship. Applicants should have relevant skills and genuine interest in the field. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome. The role additionally requires candidates to be Computer Science Engineering students.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 1,000.

Skills required

Ethical hacking, web application security, and cybersecurity fundamentals are required for this role.
