About the internship

This internship is focused on channel growth and field-level execution for a leading AI-driven recruitment marketplace. The role centers on building and qualifying a pipeline of potential vertical leaders, coordinating outreach and meetings, and keeping lead movement tracked accurately in real time. You will work in a fast-moving environment where speed, precision, and proactive problem-solving are essential.

What you will do

• Take ownership of the full lead discovery cycle by identifying, checking, and developing a strong prospect pipeline.
• Run day-to-day outreach efforts and scheduling by arranging calls and meetings with prospects while improving attendance rates.
• Track leads, funnel stages, and daily progress continuously and keep records updated.
• Coordinate closely with the field supply team so that follow-ups happen quickly and conversions move faster.
• Spot operational or on-ground blockers and work to resolve them without delay.
• Share practical insights on what is performing well and what is not, to help improve acquisition efficiency.
• Execute tasks with both speed and accuracy across all activities.

This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, stay for 3 months, and bring relevant skills and interest to the role.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be energetic, self-driven, and action-oriented, with the ability to handle large volumes of follow-ups and coordination. Strong communication skills are important for calls, persuasion, and cross-team collaboration. A practical working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is needed, along with the ability to work through ambiguity and function with limited supervision. Exposure to startups, sales, operations, or field coordination will be an added advantage.

Compensation and perks

The stipend offered for this internship is INR 13,000 to 16,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, an informal dress code, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
