Yard & Vessel Planner

Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous Yard & Vessel Planner to support port and terminal activities. In this position, you will help organize vessel and yard operations so that cargo handling remains safe, orderly, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage vessel loading and discharge plans to support safe, smooth, and efficient terminal operations.
• Track yard space usage and improve container stacking arrangements to make the best use of available capacity.
• Develop vessel stowage plans and yard plans according to operational needs.
• Work in coordination with marine, operations, and equipment teams throughout vessel movements and handling activities.
• Follow safety rules, operational procedures, and terminal productivity benchmarks at all times.
• Keep operational logs accurate and prepare planning-related reports.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in port, terminal, or container yard planning work.
• Familiarity with vessel planning, yard planning, and terminal operating systems.
• Availability to join immediately.

• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving operational setting.
