Role overview
An established orthopedic sports medicine clinic in Smyrna, Tennessee is seeking an X-Ray Tech for a direct-hire, permanent position. The hiring team is already scheduling interviews, so this role is moving quickly.
Key notes
- Candidates must be skilled in X-ray and C-arm procedures.
- A sign-on bonus of $2,500 is available after 6 months of employment, if offered.
Responsibilities
- Set up the exam room, equipment, and instruments before patient imaging.
- Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and at ease throughout scanning.
- Carry out routine inspections and maintenance on imaging equipment.
- Use X-ray, fluoroscopy, and C-arm machines as required.
Qualifications
- ARRT registration is required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in diagnostic radiology is necessary.
- Working knowledge of basic computer tools is expected.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities are needed.
- The ideal candidate should be accurate, organized, and detail-focused.
Schedule and work conditions
This is a full-time onsite role with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There are no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties, and the start date is as soon as possible.
Compensation and benefits
