Role overview

VARITE INC is hiring a Workforce Planning Specialist to support operational workforce planning activities. The role is based in Hyderabad and follows a hybrid arrangement with three days in the office. Working hours are aligned to IST and EMEA stakeholders.

What the role involves

You will work on planning activities, Workday integrations, dashboards, and reporting. The position also calls for basic coding support and assistance to hiring managers in Finance and HR. A key part of the job is taking part in requirement-gathering discussions with business stakeholders and helping build planning frameworks that can scale well over time.

Required expertise

The role requires hands-on experience with Workforce Planning in Workday Adaptive, along with strong analytical ability for tasks such as hiring volume forecasting, variance analysis, and preparing inputs for workforce decks. Advanced Excel knowledge, including VBA and macro development, is also essential. You should be comfortable gathering data, communicating with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, and vendor partnerships, and bringing technical or domain knowledge to the role.
