For the logistics site of EDEKA Handelsgesellschaft Nordbayern-Sachsen-Thüringen mbH in 09661 Berbersdorf, Edekastraße 1, the team is looking for support as soon as possible.
The role is organized as a full-time position on a Monday-to-Friday schedule in a three-shift system.
Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise in manual and semi-automated warehouse areas using Pick-by-Voice (CPS) and All-in-one (AIO) systems.
- Maintain inventory following the First In, First Out principle.
- Perform visual quality checks to assess product condition as part of daily work.
- Monitor remaining shelf life as well as clip and batch numbers, help prevent excess stock, and promptly report short remaining shelf life to the supervisor.
Profile
- Previous experience in logistics is required.
- A flexible and proactive way of working is important.
- Applicants should be dependable and loyal.
- Willingness to work in shifts is essential.
