Role Summary

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse, with responsibility for inventory accuracy, efficient order processing, and effective team leadership. The position is expected to support operational excellence, keep shipments moving on schedule, and maintain a workplace that is safe, orderly, and highly productive.

Responsibilities

• Manage all core warehouse activities, including inbound receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
• Make sure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered within the expected timeline.
• Track work processes closely to improve output and minimize slowdowns.
• Create, update, and enforce standard operating procedures and proven warehouse practices.
• Keep inventory records precise and complete regular cycle counts.
• Find and fix inventory mismatches such as shortages, excess stock, and damaged goods.
• Improve warehouse layout to support better use of space and smoother movement of goods.
• Guide, coach, and develop warehouse team members.
• Set daily priorities, distribute tasks, and monitor staff performance.
• Promote a work culture built on ownership, collaboration, and safety awareness.
• Support hiring, recruitment, and onboarding efforts for new employees.
• Apply OSHA requirements and internal safety standards consistently.
• Ensure warehouse tools, equipment, and materials are handled properly.
• Run safety training and complete regular inspections/audits.
• Use warehouse management systems and related software tools effectively.
• Track performance measures such as order accuracy, speed of fulfillment, and labor productivity.
• Prepare reports and share improvement ideas and operational insights with leadership.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a busy, fast-moving setting.
• At least 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain workflows.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Experience in eCommerce or high-volume fulfillment operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Shopify or comparable eCommerce platforms is preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred, or the willingness to obtain it.
• Lean or Six Sigma knowledge would be an advantage.
• Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Additional Information

Compensation is stated as $65,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Henderson, Nevada.
