Warehouse Manager

Role overview

DelGate Logistics is hiring a seasoned Warehouse Manager for its Vancouver, British Columbia location. This position is suited to someone with solid hands-on experience in 3PL order fulfillment, day-to-day warehouse functions, and leading a team in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full scope of warehouse activity, including inbound receiving, order picking, packing, outbound shipping, and stock tracking.
• Supervise 3PL fulfillment workflows and make sure customer orders are completed accurately and within required timelines.
• Direct, support, and oversee warehouse team members in their daily work.
• Track stock accuracy and keep inventory neatly arranged and properly organized.
• Work closely with dispatch, customer support, and operations personnel to keep things running smoothly.
• Make sure warehouse processes and standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a workplace that is orderly, safe, and clean at all times.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and streamline warehouse workflows.
• Use a forklift when needed.

Required experience and qualifications

• Prior experience in a 3PL warehouse environment and order fulfillment is essential.
• Ability to operate a forklift is required.
• Background in warehouse supervision or management is necessary.
• Strong working knowledge of receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Capable of managing a team and performing effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, along with strong troubleshooting ability.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Forklift certification will be considered an advantage.

Compensation

Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience.
