Role Overview
This position is focused on building customer relationships, acquiring high-quality new clients, and promoting the bank’s products and services. The role also requires handling service requests accurately and maintaining a strong branch presentation for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring in new customers of good quality and promote relevant banking products as needed.
- Process customer service requests accurately, within timelines, and without errors.
- Resolve routine issues using established guidelines and escalate cases promptly when required.
- Help maintain a polished and customer-friendly appearance of the branch.
- Deliver a strong service experience to current customers and use referrals to expand the customer base.
- Promote deposit and fee-based products to existing customers and work toward better market penetration.
- Strengthen customer relationships and contribute to sales efforts to deepen engagement.
- Keep knowledge current on the bank’s products and competitor offerings.
- Stay aware of market movements and competing financial products.
- Take on additional duties assigned by the bank from time to time.

Compensation
The offered pay is in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 6,50,000 per year.
