Role overview
An NBFC is hiring Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Officers for Home Loan and Loan Against Property sales across Delhi-NCR and nearby locations. This is a field-facing sales role focused on acquiring new clients, building business relationships, and meeting monthly productivity goals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new customers for loan products through field activity and direct outreach.
- Visit markets to locate interested prospects for home loan and LAP offerings.
- Stay in regular contact with prospects and existing customers to drive conversions and referral business.
- Generate leads via dealers, consultants, client meetings, references, internet-based research, and market mapping.
- Maintain service quality while handling customer interactions.
- Work toward productivity benchmarks and monthly targets set by the bank.
- Follow KYC, compliance, and banking regulations carefully.
- Act in line with banking practices and internal policies at all times.
Interview details
Interview mode is face-to-face. Interview locations are branch-wise at Manesar, West Patel Nagar, Preet Vihar, Mohali, Patiala, Ludhiana, and Faridabad. Interview timing is 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The expected dress code is formal attire.
Compensation
The offered salary is fixed in the range of 2.5 LPA to 4 LPA, along with strong incentive opportunities. Final compensation will depend on the interview outcome.
Eligibility and requirements
- Any graduate or postgraduate candidate may apply.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Home Loan or Loan Against Property sales is required.
- Minimum relevant CASA experience of 6 months is also mentioned in the opening details.
