About adlicious
adlicious is a Hamburg-based advertising solutions company focused on bringing media, creative, and technology together to design high-performing campaigns for clients. Using a proprietary ad delivery platform, the team helps well-known brands deliver tailored messages in real time across the digital customer journey. The company is growing and currently has around 90 employees.
What you will do
- Produce video and photo content independently, handling the full setup from camera operation to lighting and audio, and delivering work both in studio environments and on location.
- Use your background in video advertising and sales of media or advertising products to build performance-focused video concepts, win new business, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Develop cross-channel video strategies and storyboards for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, social media, and TV, aligned with client marketing goals and supporting both brand and performance objectives.
- Apply AI-based tools and workflows throughout concepting, production, and post-production, including editing, automation, visuals, and analysis, while keeping up with new developments in AI for creative and marketing use cases.
- Manage video projects end to end, including planning, coordination with clients and internal teams, delivery on schedule, and quality control, while also organizing external creatives, service providers, or models when needed.
- Oversee filming, post-production, editing, and motion design, ensuring all assets are technically solid, platform-appropriate, and ready for campaign use.
- Work closely with media planning, creative, sales, and other internal specialists to develop integrated campaign solutions and support successful selling and strong campaign performance.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in content creation, video editing, online video production, or a similar role.
- Strong technical understanding of camera, lighting, and sound equipment, together with confident use of editing tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade clients and generate interest in video advertising solutions.
- High creativity, an innovative mindset, and a strong awareness of market needs and customer requirements.
- A careful, structured, and accountable working style that helps you manage projects efficiently and deliver results.
- Strong German skills at negotiation level, both spoken and written, plus fluent English.
- A valid Class B driving licence.

Role summary
