Role Summary
This remote, full-time Vice President of Operations position is based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The role is responsible for supervising everyday business operations, ensuring strong performance across all departments, and driving initiatives that improve efficiency, service quality, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
The Vice President of Operations will lead operations management, monitor profit and loss performance, and support strategic planning efforts. The position also involves refining projects and internal processes, improving customer service outcomes, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align execution with company objectives.
Required Qualifications
Ideal candidates should bring a strong background in operations and P&L oversight, along with the ability to deliver excellent customer service standards. Experience in strategic planning and project management is important, as is the ability to lead teams effectively, communicate clearly, and solve problems efficiently. A data-informed approach and comfort working in a fast-moving environment are essential. Exposure to blockchain technology and its business applications is considered an added advantage.
