Vice President Operations

Role overview

This is a full-time remote leadership position focused on running core operations and improving efficiency across the company. The Vice President of Operations will shape how day-to-day work is organized, streamline internal processes, and make sure cross-functional teams are aligned with business priorities.

What you will do

You will guide operational and strategic planning, monitor budget performance and profit-and-loss results, and build clear KPI and reporting systems. The role calls for close partnership with product, technology, customer success, and finance teams to strengthen service delivery, reduce operational exposure, and support growth that can scale.

You will also help raise customer service standards, contribute to important programs and initiatives, and coach operational leaders to foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

Qualifications

• Solid background in operations leadership, including process structuring, workflow improvement, and coordination across teams.
• Hands-on experience with P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking business performance.
• Leadership experience in customer service, with attention to service quality, quick response times, and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to build and execute strategic plans, set priorities, allocate resources, and think long term.
• Capability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams from planning through delivery and review.
• Strong track record in senior or executive operations roles within technology, SaaS, or similar sectors.
• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-moving environment with distributed teams and changing priorities.
• Clear communication, strong stakeholder management, and sound decision-making skills.
• Exposure to blockchain, Web3, or digital privacy products is an advantage, though not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
