Role overview
This opportunity is with a growing travel-led business in Tirana, where the selected person will play an important specialist role in ensuring smooth tour delivery and supporting day-to-day company operations. The position calls for someone who can stay on top of every detail, keep processes organized, and contribute to the wider mission of the organization.
The role is centered on coordinating travel operations across Albania and the Balkans, with a strong emphasis on preparing reservations and quotations. The person in this role should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and working closely with different teams and partners.
Core responsibilities
- Handle bookings and reservations for trips and services.
- Prepare and share quotations for clients and partners.
- Oversee hotel contract handling and related data entry work.
- Coordinate and manage tour projects from an operational standpoint.
- Support the smooth running of everyday business activities.
- Review performance periodically and suggest process improvements where needed.
- Work with clients and partners to understand requirements and build strong working relationships.
- Make sure all relevant regulatory, compliance, and legal requirements are respected.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and external partners.
Qualifications and experience
Background in a private business, tour operator, or travel agency setting is highly preferred, with added value for candidates who have worked with affinity groups or in luxury FIT sales and management. Experience in the accommodation sector will also be considered an advantage.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, comfortable with deadlines, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time. Strong communication skills, solid coordination ability, and confidence in working across different business functions are important for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
