Role overview
This opening is for a Training / onboarding / L&D Evaluator. The work is remote and offered on a contract basis. Compensation is set at $80–$120 per hour.
What you will do
- Assess AI-created outputs using role-specific quality standards.
- Spot issues related to accuracy, visual quality, and presentation.
- Write feedback that is clear, organized, and actionable.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to keep evaluations consistent and high quality.
- Work on your own schedule in an asynchronous setting while meeting deadlines and helping improve model performance.
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Training, onboarding, or Learning & Development.
- Strong command of English, either native-level or professional fluency.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.
Preferred background
- A master's degree or above from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
