Role summary

The Johannesburg office is looking for a driven and detail-focused Tracing Agent to support tracing operations in a full-time contract role. This position involves locating people, collecting and checking information, and keeping records accurate and up to date in a professional setting.

Core experience needed

Applicants must already have hands-on experience tracing individuals in areas such as unclaimed benefits, retirement fund benefits, debt collection, recoveries, or similar tracing work. Background in the retirement fund sector will be a strong advantage.

Minimum requirements

• Completed Grade 12 / Matric.
• Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office and internet-based research tools.
• Solid administrative and communication abilities.
• Capable of working on your own and consistently meeting targets.
• Strong attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills.
• Professional telephone manner.
• Able to communicate in English plus at least one additional South African language.
• Verified tracing experience in unclaimed benefits, retirement funds, debt collection, recoveries, or a related field.
