Overview

Join a regional supply planning team responsible for helping LEGO products reach children across APAC at the right place and time. This role focuses on keeping the supply chain running smoothly, ensuring goods move efficiently, and shaping supply plans that align with demand, production needs, and inventory targets. The position calls for a strategic mindset, a strong focus on inventory optimization, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

No relocation support is provided for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain supply planning timelines and tactical plans that connect demand forecasts, manufacturing requirements, and inventory objectives.
  • Work with site teams to improve production forecasts and turn data into practical supply recommendations.
  • Track DC in-stock levels, inventory health, demand plan changes, capacity limits, and supply chain trends to identify risks and opportunities early.
  • Own finished goods inventory planning and deployment needs while balancing demand, capacity constraints, and production schedules to ensure dependable execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to review retail in-stock performance, demand planning, distribution, and site results, while improving working methods and resolving issues.
  • Use digital supply planning and execution systems, analytics, and S&OP insights to support decision-making across the value chain.

Team Scope

This role sits within the APAC Supply Planning team and supports markets across the region. You will take ownership of a specific market while also contributing to process migration as part of an ongoing technology transformation. The role also offers opportunities to build succession pathways for both yourself and the wider team.

Requirements

  • Background in supply planning, ideally gained in FMCG or another fast-moving, high-pressure industry.
  • Proven ability to deliver cost improvements, collaborate effectively with suppliers, and create long-term value.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate market shifts and align plans to wider business goals.
  • Experience supporting process change or technology transformation across regional and global teams; exposure to S/4HANA and Kinaxis Maestro is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including the capability to adapt messaging for executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

Additional Information

Applications are assessed continuously, and the role may be amended or withdrawn at any time, including before any stated closing date. Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their application promptly.

Benefits

  • Enhanced family care leave for important life moments.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage for all colleagues.
  • Wellbeing support, including resources and benefits that promote physical and mental health, community, and creativity.
  • Colleague discount available from day one.
  • Eligibility for a bonus scheme when goals are achieved.
  • Hybrid working arrangement with an average of three days per week in the office, with a primary workplace assigned as an office, store, or factory.

Culture and Inclusion

The organization values children as role models and draws inspiration from their curiosity, creativity, and imagination. It aims to foster a diverse, dynamic, and inclusive culture where people feel safe, respected, and included. The company is committed to equal employment opportunity and equal pay, and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds, including different sexes, gender identities or expressions, races and ethnicities, national origins, sexual orientations, disabilities, ages, and religions.
