Role overview
MediServ is seeking a seasoned supply chain professional who can help design, refine, and scale the company’s end-to-end supply chain. The position focuses on setting strategic direction, improving operational performance, using data to guide decisions, and enabling business expansion through ongoing improvement work.
Core responsibilities
- Create and put into action long-range supply chain plans that support broader business goals.
- Review supply chain performance metrics, then pinpoint opportunities to raise efficiency and lower operating costs.
- Own initiatives related to demand forecasting, inventory control, and capacity planning.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts by applying Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable methods.
- Contribute to digital transformation work and the adoption of supply chain technologies.
- Work closely with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
- Track KPIs, evaluate supply chain exposure and risks, and propose practical solutions based on data.
Required background
A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or another related discipline is required. The role calls for 5 to 8 years of experience in supply chain strategy, planning, logistics, procurement, or operations. Candidates with credentials such as CSCP, CPIM, or an MBA will be viewed favorably.
Skills and tools
The ideal candidate should bring strong analytical and strategic thinking ability, hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, advanced Excel capability, and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau. Project management strength and clear stakeholder communication are also important.
