Role overview
Boise Cascade Company is hiring student workers for two hands-on roles at its Saint-Jacques, New Brunswick site: one in production and one in the outdoor yard. The production student worker supports the manufacturing of I-joists and performs a range of material-handling and production tasks using different techniques, equipment, and tools. The yard student worker carries out a variety of duties related to the outdoor yard area.
Work schedule
The production role is scheduled for a total of 42.25 hours per week, arranged from Monday to Friday during the day and/or night shifts. The yard role is scheduled for a total of 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, day shift.
Candidate profile
- Students currently in Grade 11 or 12, or enrolled in college or university
- Ability to work either full-time or part-time
- Strong attention to quality, reliability, and teamwork
